Safety harness eyebolts can be installed, both installed, both internally and externally, drilled and fitted to a variety of load bearing building fabrics.

These eyebolts must be of a type specified in the British Standard for fall arrest of personnel, correctly fitted to ensure compliance with current regulations and to prevent injury to the user.

All our engineers are trained to give expert advice on the location and the fitting of safety harness eyebolts.

Eyebolts can be provided in a number of finishes including galvanished steel, stainless steel and plastic colour coatings to suit the location and environment.

The regular inspection and annual testing of each individual eyebolt is a requirement of the current British Standard 7883.

Our staff are equipped with calibrated testing equipment to undertake the annual certification within an occupied working environment.

Removable Eyebolts

Guardian is an approved installer of the Checkring removable safety eyebolt.

This removable eyebolt is a simple to install anchorage that can be removed by a quick double action method. This ensures the user cannot accidently disconnect without two separate movements.

Due to the nature of the design the eyebolt can spin freely through 360 degrees. This guarantees the eyebolt is in a positive strength plane and not being stressed.

The CheckRing system is ideal for installations where a large number of single point anchors are design aesthetics are key. The socket is fitted with an end cap when not in use, leaving flush unobtrusive finish particularly in hotels and office blocks.

A range of anchor sockets has been designed to cover most applications.
